Pricing information
The DIESCON 3 BPA provides an attractive cost-reduction opportunity for eligible customers who require engineering and technical services. Three significant price discounts are associated with the DIESCON 3 BPA, 1% for contracts under $500K, 2% discount for contracts from $500K-1.5M, and 2.5% discount for contracts over 1.5M, and there is no prime contractor markup. A customer is able to purchase services from any member of the team at each firm's established FSS labor rates, less the special BPA discount that has been granted by the team. The BAE Systems DIESCON 3 BPA provides an opportunity for the customer to save money on IT engineering and technical services, and the prime contractor still assumes normal management responsibility for the teammate’s performance. 
BAE’s DIESCON 3 Team is made up of Teaming Partners and Subcontractors with BAE serving as the Prime Contractor. GSA rules with regard to teaming arrangements (FAR 9.6) provide for groups of FSS IT Schedule Holders to team under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) such as DIESCON 3. Teaming Partners are members with an FSS IT Schedule contract who agree to offer customers discounts on their established GSA rates. Subcontractors are companies without a GSA schedule contract and work under BAE’s FSA FSS IT Schedule labor rates. This section provides information about the BAE Systems Information Technology DIESCON 3 BPA Team labor rates. More than 1,000 labor categories are available from the 45+ members of the BAE Systems-IT Team. To move to Schedule B (a listing of labor categories and rates for each teammate) select the teammate name from the pull down list below, then click "View Labor Rates." For information about the education, experience or duties of a specific labor category on Schedule B, click on that labor category while at the labor rate table. When selecting a teammate from the table below, if you click on a teammate who is a Teaming Partner you will be taken to their GSA schedule, but if you select a Subcontractor you will be taken to the Schedule B list of BAE Systems-IT rates.
