DIESCON 3 Small Businesses
BAE and DIESCON 3 Small Businesses
Our BAE Systems DIESCON 3 BPA Team includes more than 47 high-technology teammates,
and the list of teammates grows each month. Of the 47 teams listed, over half are small businesses.
DIESCON 3 presents a different set of hurdles for the small business. The team is comprised of large,
medium-sized and small businesses.
DIA releases Market Research Requests (MRR's) that are similar a request for proposal in that they have a SOW attached.
DIA releases the MRR according to the type of work that is related to any one of the 4 categories, and it is transmitted to all 7
BPA holders for a possible subset. The MRR has an associated date the proposal is due, normal 5 to 7 days.
BAE submits proposals to DIA that includes the technical approcah, resumes, and a cost analysis.
It is important to realize that the majority of the work occurs in a classified environment and the resumes
proposed must reflect the active level of the individual's clearance.
DIESCON
does not
have any Small Business set aside requirements; it is strictly a competitive market based on best value.
