Wheat International Communications Corporation is a woman owned small business headquartered in Reston, Virginia. We have been providing telecommunications consulting and integration services since our founding in 1987. We currently have satellite offices in Honolulu, Hawaii, San Diego, California, and Melbourne, Florida. Our Hawaii office provides daily management of 12 5ESS switches for AT&T and the U.S. government through the HITS program. We also manages a number of NMCI contract employees for the Navy’s Honolulu NOC. Our San Diego office serves as the central NOC facility for the Wheat Wireless Services division TeleSea. TeleSea has close to 30 POPs around the country, providing wireless broadband wi-fi to coastal ships; as well as full time Satellite connections in deep water situations. Our Florida offices manages and maintains these client connections. Wheat International began primarily as a consulting and integration company; providing marketing data and engineered solutions to the major telecommunications players.
