Information Technology Services Program (ITSP) II is Electronic Systems Center's (ESC) centrally managed Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contracting program.

Types of Services
Under ITSP II BAE SYSTEMS provides systems acquisition support to ESC Program Offices at Hanscom AFB, Geographically Separated Units and operating locations around the world for development, acquisition, and test for the type of systems listed below;
· Command and Control (C2) systems
· Fighter & Bomber, Transport & Tanker Operations
· Airborne Reconnaissance
· Cruise and Air-to-Air Missile Operations
· Nuclear Deterrence
· Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
· Defense Information Infrastructure
Under ITSP II BAE SYSTEMS assists the Government in;
· Defining program requirements
· Resolving developmental, production, operational and technical problems
· Preparing technical program documentation and specifications
· Providing a broad range of system-oriented functional services including:
· Acquisition engineering
· Specialty engineering (system safety, human factors, reliability
and maintainability, electromagnetic compatibility, quality assurance and Tests & Evaluation, software engineering, communications)
· Manufacturing engineering
· Facility acquisition engineering
· Security Support (Computer, Physical & Personnel)
· Information Technology Support (Networking, Web Development,
Data Mining)
· Integrated logistics support
· Configuration and data management
· Financial management
Features of ITSP II
The BPA is unique in that our Team Members, who have their own GSA Schedules, and may have direct awards under the BPA, thereby providing socio-economic credit to ESC.
Under ITSP II each ESC program office or operating location can issue individual, program-unique orders addressing discrete technical tasks and contract data requirements.
