If you would like to become a participating company, please contact the BAE Systems Information Technology SEESAW 4 Program Office SUBCONTRACT: Subcontract Agreements will be negotiated prior to the award of an initial Subcontract Task Order (TO). The subcontract is the vehicle under which a Subcontract Task Order may be issued and contains the general terms and conditions applicable to all awards under this agreement. Subcontract Agreement includes: Period of Performance (duration, ordering period) Subcontract Type (vehicle structured for flexibility) Ordering Procedures Invoicing Instructions and Payment Terms Points of Contact (POCs) General Reporting and Contract Data Requirements FAR and other required contract clauses A Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued each time a Subcontract Task Order is anticipated. Subcontractor Cost Proposal submission: Response time to the Government is seven (7) days Address all items specified in the RFP Include sufficient detail for cost/price analysis Allow for timely and accurate submission to BAE Systems Information Technology Submission of proprietary material TASK ORDER: Separate Subcontract Task Orders will be awarded for each effort and will include the following: Statement of Work (SOW) Including Contract Deliverables and Reporting Requirements Period of Performance Task Order Type Task Order Value Incremental Funding (If applicable)
