Program Overview
PRIME CONTRACTOR:
BAE Systems Information Technology (BAE Systems)
CONTRACT INFORMATION:
Contract No. FA8750-07-D-0053; effective 13 April 2007 through 12 April 2010; a Services IDIQ cost-plus-fixed fee prime contract (subcontract types at
the discretion of BAE Systems Information Technology); contract ceiling of $49,900,000.
CONTRACT DESCRIPTION:
This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) offering responsive turnaround time. The contract vehicle can handle both O&M
and R&D funding.
CONTRACT OBJECTIVES:
Provide system engineering, software engineering, integration management and configuration management for the Department of Defense Intelligence
Information System (DoDIIS) and the U.S. Intelligence community worldwide.
Provide analysis, design, development, integration management, system and network administration/operation and testing for the maintenance and
evaluation of existing systems and the development of new systems and their transition into the operational environment.
CONTRACT SCOPE:
Provide system engineering, software engineering, integration management and configuration management for the DoDIIS mission to maintain and
develop DoDIIS capabilities for the Air Force, Defense Intelligence Agency, Unified and Major Commands and their subordinate units, and other
members of the U.S. Intelligence community.
Provide imagery analysis, analytical studies, system feasibility studies, requirements definition/analysis, design, development, demonstration,
systems engineering, integration, installation, site support, configuration management, quality control, familiarization, integration/interoperability
testing, security, system and network administration/operation and testing for the maintenance of existing and the development and transition of new
DoDIIS and Air Force Intelligence capabilities, and the generation of technical documentation detailing the activities.
Provide engineering on existing systems as well as systems still under development.
