Log-In Instructions to the Alliant Executive Management System

1. What is the Alliant Executive Management System?

Alliant Executive Management System (AEMS) is a public key infrastructure (PKI) enabled web-site for clients. All attempts to gain access will be challenged without the proper credentials.

2. If you already have an AEMS account and you are a government employee:

4. If you do not have an AEMS account please review the following instructions:

a) The AEMS site is governed by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Export Control Laws.

b) An AEMS account may be obtained by submitting an email to the AEMS Resource Owner (RO) or an Authorized Requestor (AR).

c) If you require account access please email the AEMS RO at monte.johnson@baesystems.com

d) Please include a valid and active email account when emailing the RO, as well as a phone number.

e) The RO will respond to the requestor via email with an AEMS account name, brief directions and an AEMS enabling certificate.

f) A second email containing requestor password information will be sent directly to the requestor and should NOT be shared with anyone outside of the requestor.

5. What if I am having account issues or trouble accessing AEMS?

Without revealing your password, all account issues, comments and question should be sent to the RO/AR at monte.johnson@baesystems.com
