How to use the ITES-2S Document Drop Box

• E-mail all file/document attachments intended for the BAE-IT ITES-2S Team or Enterprise Program Management Office to EPMO@baesystems.com:
1. Compress large file/document before attaching.
2. When forwarding multiple files, name your files/documents so that the first few letters will allow them to be grouped together upon retrieval.
3. Clearly define your correspondence in the e-mail's subject line.
4. Please provide a summary of the e-mail attachment(s).
5. Within the body of your email, include your contact information (full name, company/organization, return email address, and phone number).
