ITES-2S Team Capabilities Performance-based Contracting Services


BAE Systems works with its customers in partnership to implement performance-based contracts.  Our experience has demonstrated that the anticipation of change evokes uncertainty at all levels within the community.  However, experience also shows that an organization that clearly communicates a well organized approach to transformation can create a reassurance that the projected changes promote significant benefits to all concerned.

Our strategy for affecting a well organized process for transformation to a performance-based model orients the entire community: from management, through partners and vendors, to the end-users.  We propose a service delivery model that orients everyone involved about the events that will occur, and how and when those events will happen.  This carefully designed communication strategy fosters buy-in from all organizational levels.

Our staff has practical experience of transitioning level-of-contracts to performance-based.  We work with customers to develop a focused set of measures, address acceptable quality levels, develop incentives/disincentives, and reevaluate to continuously improve our performance.
